1. Purpose of the Application

EASY · FAST · CUSTOM — Customize Invoices & Estimates provides tools that allow users to create, manage, save, convert, print, download, and send estimates and invoices and to manage related customer and company information.

The application is a document creation and business-management tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, financial, or professional advice.

2. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all information before sending, printing, downloading, or otherwise using an estimate, invoice, or other document.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Prices
• Quantities
• Calculations
• Taxes
• Discounts
• Customer information
• Company information
• Dates
• Payment terms
• Job descriptions
• Translations
• Any other information entered, generated, calculated, or displayed by the application

3. Estimates and Invoices

Documents created through the application are based on information entered or selected by the user.

EASY · FAST · CUSTOM — Customize Invoices & Estimates does not guarantee that an estimate, invoice, calculation, tax amount, translation, or other generated information is error-free or appropriate for a particular business, transaction, jurisdiction, or customer.

Users should review every document before sending or relying on it.

4. Accounts and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and for activity performed through their account.

Users must provide accurate information when creating and using an account.

Users may not use the application for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

5. Customer Information

Users may enter and store information about their own customers.

The user is responsible for having any permission or lawful basis required to collect, store, process, and use customer information entered into the application.

6. Email and Document Delivery

The application may allow estimates, invoices, PDFs, or related information to be sent electronically.

Delivery cannot be guaranteed because email providers, internet connectivity, recipient settings, spam filtering, third-party services, and other circumstances outside the application's control may affect delivery.

Users should verify delivery when necessary.

7. Translation

The application may provide English and Spanish translation features.

Translations are provided as a convenience and may contain errors or differences in meaning. Users are responsible for reviewing translated content before sending or relying on it.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

EASY · FAST · CUSTOM — Customize Invoices & Estimates may offer paid subscription plans.

Current planned subscription options are:

• Monthly subscription: $5.99
• Annual subscription: $50.00

Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing may also be subject to the rules and policies of the payment provider or application marketplace through which the subscription was purchased.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the application when reasonably necessary.

Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the application is not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EASY · FAST · CUSTOM — Customize Invoices & Estimates and its owner/operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the application.

This includes losses arising from incorrect user-entered information, calculations, estimates, invoices, translations, taxes, pricing, document delivery, or other generated content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated if the application is used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

Users may stop using the application at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when the application, its services, legal requirements, or business practices change.

When material changes are made, the updated effective date will be displayed.
